1. Enzyme trypsin cleaves amino acids lysine denoted by K and arginine denoted by A at carboxyl sides of these amino acid residues so as per the sequence given in the question trypsin will cleave two bonds.
Similarly chymotrypsin cleaves Phe(F), Tyr( Y) and Trp(W) at their carboxyl ends so as per the given sequence number of bonds cleaved by chymotrypsin will be 3.

• Arginine is denoted by R Not A . A is alanine .

• These r the endopeptidases thts y they dont cut the end peptide only cut at the middle so trypsin will cut at K means 1 bond and chymotrypsin will cut at Y and W means 2 bond cleaved so the ans 1 bond by trypsin ans 2 bond by chymotrypsin
