How microbes effects infectious disease

The adult human body is made up of about 37 trillion cells and Microbes, mainly bacteria. Scientists recognized that this huge community of microbes affects the health, development and evolution of all multicellular organisms, which includes humans as well. A fundamental gap in disease ecology and microbiome research has now been addressed by a new research, with a study which focuses on a fungal pathogen of amphibians. Studies shows that symbiotic microbes can help prevent infections caused by disease-causing pathogens.
